Registration includes:
- Hotel for 9 nights (2 nights in Kyoto, 7 nights in Tokyo)
- Hotel breakfast daily
- Full guided tour
- Entrance to exhibits and museums
- Ground transportation on tour days by taxi, train, and/or van. (Tour begins in Kyoto on February 7 and ends upon hotel checkout on February 16).
Registration does not include:
- Air transportation
- Lunch and dinner
- Souvenirs, snacks, personal items, customs fees

Pricing based on minimum 9 person participation. An additional supplement may apply if participation drops below 9 people.
Travel within Japan
During the tour, you may travel with one personal item and one carry-on only. If you have additional items, you can use the inter-hotel shipping service on travel days (e.g. from Kyoto to Tokyo) or leave them in your hotel room for the day. We will help coordinate this service with hotel staff upon request.
Insurance
Bonsai Tonight recommends that participants purchase travel and/or airfare insurance. Bonsai Tonight is not responsible for sickness, injury, or death for the duration of the tour. Bonsai Tonight is also not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property during the tour. A "you break, you buy" policy is enforced at the nurseries and gardens we visit and Bonsai Tonight bears no responsibilities in such cases.
