I was able to place an order thru the online website. They graciously awaited arrival of several of the items I wanted. When all was available, my order was wrapped and shipped to a location close to me for pickup. There was a small tear in one of the bottom bags in one corner of the pallet, but I was able to tape it up, no problem. Maybe lost 1/2 cup of akadama. Easy ordering, easy pickup, will do again. Other items I have ordered thru the online site in the past came quickly, intact, without issue. Thanks.
